Cynthia is a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at Leap Girl Africa, determined to create impact by ensuring the effectiveness of programs and Data analysis. She supports key in assessing the success of programs/ projects which empower young women and girls.
Ms. Ketcha holds a Masters 1 in Medical Anthropology. Prior to her recruitment, Cynthia volunteered her time and services to Leap Girl Africa in the capacity of member of the Adolescents Initiative for Reform(A.I.R). A young-women led group, under Leap Girl Africa, seeking to increase access to AGYW SRHR services in Cameroon.
Outside work, Cynthia enjoys listening to music, spending time with family, and cooking.
