Gwladys is an experienced M&E professional with a passion for conceptualizing and implementing impactful and sustainable solutions in communities.
With five years of experience in economic and data analysis, she holds a Master’s degree in Quantitative Economics. Additionally, she has more than four years of experience in program analysis, monitoring and evaluation.

Prior to joining Leap Girl Africa as Programs Manager, Ms.Ebassa has worked with organizations such the UNDP, KOICA and ILO on impact evaluation activities of projects focusing on sustainable development issues namely; women empowerment, education, and economic recovery.
