Advocate

Gender Based Violence Free Community

Women and girls cannot wait another 30 years. At Leap Girl Africa, we are committed to co-creating a world in which every girl can thrive. One of the ways we have identified to accelerate this mission is through research, which is one of our five priority areas. We are thus keen on delivering research-based, innovative programmes that build advocacies through policy briefs, campaign materials, storytelling, to influence and inform actions at grassroot, national, and international levels.

Synergy of Actions

The world is failing women and girls, and they cannot wait another 30 years to feel safe, heard and have their voices amplified. Ending VAWG requires an ecosystem of care, response, protection, prevention, feminist solidarity and justice. Such lasting change for women and girls is crucial for the kind of world we want to see. Feminist solidarity, men and women alliances, HE for SHE models are the groundwork on which this transformation can happen.
